We proudly celebrated the graduation of our young scholars from Kindergarten to 5th grade on 22nd march 2025. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the academic journey of our students, as they prepared to embark on new challenges and adventures. With inspirational speeches, outstanding performances, and award ceremonies, the event was a vibrant celebration of our students' achievements and talents, and we couldn't be prouder of their growth, accomplishments, and bright futures ahead!

The graduates were beaming with pride as they received their certificates and awards, surrounded by their families, teachers, and peers. The ceremony was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our students, and we are grateful to our teachers and staff for their tireless efforts in nurturing and guiding them.

A Professional Development Workshop for Teachers by Geetika Singh Effective leadership is the backbone of any successful educational institution. Transformational leadership, in particular, has the power to inspire and motivate teachers, students, and staff to work towards a common goal. We organized a professional development workshop, "Transformational Leadership," conducted by the renowned educator and leadership expert, Geetika Singh. The workshop aimed to empower our teachers with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to become transformational leaders in their own right. The primary objective of the workshop was to equip our teachers with the understanding and skills required to:
- Develop a growth mindset and a vision for transformative leadership
- Build trust, credibility, and strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and well-being
- Empower students to take ownership of their learning and become active participants in the educational process
- Develop strategies for managing change, conflict, and challenging situations effectively The workshop, featured a range of interactive and engaging sessions, including:
- Keynote presentations on the principles and practices of transformational leadership
- Group discussions and case studies on building trust, credibility, and strong relationships
- Hands-on activities and simulations on fostering a positive and inclusive school culture
- Reflective journaling and self-assessment exercises to help teachers develop a growth mindset and a vision for transformative leadership

In our pursuit of excellence in education,  we  organized a comprehensive workshop for our esteemed teachers, focusing on creating "Happy Classrooms &  experiential learning By Madhubun" and fostering positive interactions. This initiative aimed to empower our educators with innovative strategies and techniques to build a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of happiness, empathy, and mutual respect among students, teachers, and staff.
The primary objective of the workshop was to equip our teachers with practical tools and insights to:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster effective communication and relationships with students
- Promote emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness
- Develop strategies for managing classroom behavior and promoting student engagement 
           The workshop, was led by expert facilitators who shared their expertise and experience in creating happy classrooms. The interactive sessions included:
- Icebreaker activities to promote teamwork and collaboration
- Presentations on positive reinforcement, emotional intelligence, and effective communication
- Group discussions and brainstorming sessions on strategies for creating a positive classroom environment
