Rabindranath World School, DLF City, Phase-III, Gurgaon students had a great interaction with a young, vibrant author of a detective book “THE KILLING OF MR HEATHCOTE”, Ms. Meghna Singhee. She created a crime scene to catch the interest of the students and set their minds ticking. Ms. Singhee read out excerpts from her book and then patiently answered all questions of the students. She told the children that if they are keen observers they can train their minds to work as good detectives or writers.

At one point, she asked children to “read like a butterfly and write like a bee”.

On being asked about what inspired her to create P.I. Pojo, she smiled and answered that she used to read a lot of detective books but mostly got inspired by Agatha Christie. The school editorial board took her interview. A large number of students lined up to get their books signed by her.

The Principal, Dr. Kiran R Banerji, thanked the proprietor of BookVook and Penguin Random House for arranging this session in the school.
